Reishi Chia Latte (Relax & Unwind)

A creamy, spiced latte infused with Reishi for deep relaxation, this is best enjoyed in the evening to enhance your sleep. Open two capsules and add them to your brew. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oat milk (or your preferred milk)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 Mycogenius Reishi capsules (open and empty the powder)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions:

  1. In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat.
  2. Stir in the Reishi powder, cinnamon, vanilla extract, maple syrup, nutmeg, and sea salt.
  3. Whisk continuously until the mixture is warm and well combined.
  4. Remove from the heat and stir in the chia seeds. Let sit for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, to allow the chia to thicken slightly.
  5. Pour into a mug, give it a final stir, and enjoy a grounding moment of calm.
