A creamy, spiced latte infused with Reishi for deep relaxation, this is best enjoyed in the evening to enhance your sleep. Open two capsules and add them to your brew.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup oat milk (or your preferred milk)
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 2 Mycogenius Reishi capsules (open and empty the powder)
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Pinch of sea salt

Instructions:
- In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat.
- Stir in the Reishi powder, cinnamon, vanilla extract, maple syrup, nutmeg, and sea salt.
- Whisk continuously until the mixture is warm and well combined.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the chia seeds. Let sit for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, to allow the chia to thicken slightly.
- Pour into a mug, give it a final stir, and enjoy a grounding moment of calm.
