A creamy, spiced latte infused with Reishi for deep relaxation, this is best drank in the evening time to enhance you sleep, open two capsules and just add them to your brew.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup oat milk (or your preferred milk)
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 2 Mycogenius Reishi capsule (open and empty the powder)
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Pinch of sea salt

Instructions:
- In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat.
- Stir in the Reishi powder, cinnamon, vanilla extract, maple syrup, nutmeg, and sea salt.
- Whisk continuously until warm and well combined.
- Remove from heat and stir in the chia seeds. Let sit for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, to allow the chia to thicken slightly.
- Pour into a mug, give it a final stir, and enjoy a grounding moment of calm.
