We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, reliably, and with full transparency. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship, where we deliver, and what to expect once your package is on the move.


1. Where We Ship

We currently ship throughout the European Union, the United Kingdom, and select international countries. If you’re outside these regions and would like to place an order, feel free to email info@mycogenius.com—we’ll see if we can make it work.


2. Order Processing Time

We process and pack orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders are typically fulfilled within:

  • 1–2 business days after your purchase

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation right away, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking once it’s on the move.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by location. Once shipped, you can expect your order to arrive within:

Netherlands 2–4 business days
EU (Mainland) 3–6 business days
UK 4–7 business days
International 7–14 business days

These are standard estimates—actual times may vary depending on customs, weather, or local courier delays.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and package weight.

  • Free shipping is available on qualifying orders (as indicated at checkout or during promotions).

  • You’ll see all charges clearly before completing your purchase.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your delivery in real time. If you haven’t received a tracking email within 48 hours of ordering, please check your spam folder—or reach out to us at info@mycogenius.com.


6. Delivery Partners

We use trusted logistics partners such as PostNL, DHL, UPS, and FedEx, depending on your region. All shipments are sent with tracking and basic insurance coverage.


7. International Orders & Customs

If you’re outside the EU, your order may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes, depending on your local laws.

  • These fees are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Delays at customs are unfortunately beyond our control, but we’ll always support you in resolving issues.


8. Delivery Issues or Delays

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please:

  1. Check your tracking link

  2. Contact the shipping carrier first (they usually have the latest updates)

  3. Reach out to us at info@mycogenius.com if it’s still unresolved—we’re happy to help


9. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility for the parcel transfers to you. That said, if your package is lost, stolen, or misdelivered, contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.

We recommend choosing a delivery address where someone can safely receive the package.


10. Preorders & Backordered Items

If you order a product marked as Preorder or Backordered, we’ll always include the estimated shipping date on the product page and in your order confirmation. You’re welcome to cancel at any time before it ships—just email us.
