What is the Full Harvest and what mushrooms does it include?

The Full Harvest is a triple-mushroom blend combining organic Lion's Mane fruiting body extract, Cordyceps CS-4 extract, and organic Reishi fruiting body extract. Each mushroom is individually extracted to preserve its unique compound profile — Lion's Mane and Reishi through hot water extraction, and Cordyceps CS-4 through liquid fermentation with water extraction and alcohol purification.

How many Full Harvest capsules should I take per day?

We recommend six capsules daily — two Lion's Mane (1,000mg), two Cordyceps (1,000mg), and two Reishi (1,000mg). Take Lion's Mane and Cordyceps in the morning, and Reishi in the evening as part of your wind-down routine. Each package contains a full 30-day supply at the recommended serving.

How are the Full Harvest capsules different from the powder version?

Both formats contain the same organic, third-party tested extracts of Lion's Mane, Cordyceps, and Reishi. The capsules offer convenience and precise dosing for each mushroom. The powder format allows you to mix extracts into drinks and adjust serving sizes. The extracts inside are identical.

Why combine Lion's Mane, Cordyceps, and Reishi?

These three mushrooms each deliver a distinct range of bioactive compounds. Lion's Mane provides hericenones and beta-glucans, Cordyceps delivers cordycepin and adenosine, and Reishi offers ganoderic acids and triterpenes. Together they provide a comprehensive range of functional mushroom compounds in one daily routine.

Are the Full Harvest capsules third-party tested?

Yes. All three mushroom extracts are independently tested in ISO 17025-accredited laboratories for active compound content, beta-glucan levels, heavy metals, microbial contamination, and starch presence. Full Certificates of Analysis are available for every batch of Lion's Mane, Cordyceps, and Reishi.

The Full Harvest Mushroom Complex Capsule/Powder

Lion's Mane, Cordyceps CS-4 + Reishi Dual Extract

Most mushroom complexes pack multiple species into one capsule and claim synergistic effects. The problem: there's no published evidence for synergy between mushroom species. What you actually get is a diluted mix in which no single extract is present in a meaningful amount.

The Full Harvest takes a different approach. Three separate pouches, three individually extracted species. Lion's Mane fruiting body requires a whole-profile extraction to capture diterpenes. Cordyceps CS-4 needs to be alcohol-purified via a precipitation process. Reishi needs ethanol first to pull ganoderic acids from the fruiting body. Each is extracted on its own terms, then bundled together for better value. Every batch is verified by an ISO 17025-accredited third-party lab.

100% extracts. No fillers, no grain, no synthetic additives.

Two formats, the same extracts: the powder pouches and the capsules contain the identical mushroom extracts. Capsules are simply pre-measured; the powders stir into coffee, smoothies or food.

Description

The Full Harvest bundles three of the most researched functional mushroom extracts into one set: Lion's Mane (Hericium erinaceus) fruiting body, Cordyceps CS-4 (Paecilomyces hepiali) mycelium, and Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) fruiting body.

Each species comes in its own pouch and is extracted separately. Lion's Mane: 1:1 hot water to capture diterpenes and beta-glucans. Cordyceps CS-4: hot water first for polysaccharides, then ethanol precipitation to concentrate cordycepin levels. Reishi: ethanol first for ganoderic acids, then hot water for beta-glucans.

No blending, no synergy claims. Three individually extracted species, bundled together for better value. Reishi is grown for over 9 months on hardwood logs. Cordyceps CS-4 is liquid-fermented (no grain, no insect material). Lion's Mane is pure fruiting body extract.

Whats the science say?

The Full Harvest bundles three of the most extensively researched functional mushroom species:

Lion's Mane (Hericium erinaceus): Diterpenes, unique bioactive compounds found in the fruiting body. Beta-glucan polysaccharides. Dual extraction: ethanol first for diterpenes, hot water for polysaccharides.

Cordyceps (CS-4, Paecilomyces hepiali): Cordycepin, a compound unique to Cordyceps. Adenosine, naturally occurring in CS-4 extracts. Liquid fermentation: validated production method for compound consistency.

Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum): Ganoderic acids, triterpenes unique to Reishi, standardised to 1.5%. Beta-glucan polysaccharides, over 20% verified content. Log cultivation: grown for over 9 months on hardwood logs.

What amazing extracts, stop taking most

What amazing extracts, stop taking most supplements and just take these now, seem to tick all the boxes for me.

After trying several mushroom brands…

After trying several mushroom brands over the past few years, I’ve become quite skeptical about what’s on the market. Many products promise premium ingredients but rarely explain the sourcing or dosages clearly. With this company, the experience feels different clear and transparent, I genuinely appreciate knowing I’m getting proper extracts. I’ve also noticed that they seem to help me stay more balanced during busy workdays. It feels reassuring to use something that actually prioritizes quality

The only supplement we need

I've had the full harvest on subscription for a few months now and it's become a daily staple for both me and my partner. The ease of the subscription, the consistent quality, and the peace of mind knowing exactly what's in it — it's just brilliant. Wouldn't change a thing.

My favourite

My favourite mushroom sups out there, they really make such a difference to my day.

Quality you can rely on, year after year

I've been a customer for years now, and the quality of their functional mushrooms has never let me down. Whether it's the extracts, the packaging, or the customer service — everything is done to a high standard. It's clear that the team behind Mycogenius really cares about what they're putting out into the world.

These mushrooms actually work

These mushrooms actually work I have tried many others and none of them work as well as mycogenius.

Game-Changing Mushrooms

Game-Changing Mushrooms for Nervous System & Energy Balance

I’ve tried many mushroom supplements, but this Reishi is by far the best I’ve ever taken. You can feel how pure and well-extracted it is — it has a deeply calming effect on my entire nervous system. It became a true game changer for my sleep; I felt my body drop into deep rest without any grogginess the next day.

The Cordyceps was equally powerful in a different way. I stopped taking caffeine, and with this summer heat draining my energy — especially while teaching yoga — Cordyceps became my go-to support. It gave me a steady, clean boost of energy throughout the day without the crash.

Reishi is known for its adaptogenic, immune-modulating, and calming properties, often called the “inmortality” mushroom for its heart-opening and restorative effects. Cordyceps, on the other hand, supports stamina, oxygen utilization, and adrenal health — perfect for sustained energy without stimulants.

Together, they’ve helped me regulate my rhythms from the inside out. Highly recommend.

Mycogenius rocks

Mycogenius rocks, focus energy or chill — each blends does what is says. Fair play for product quality. I usually realise around 3 or 4pm that I’ve taken it in the morning by wondering how I’ve had such a good day — then I remember — it was those functional mushrooms from the morning

Loyal customer, consistently excellent

I've been a loyal customer for several years now, and Mycogenius continues to impress. Their products are consistently excellent — you always know what you're getting. The extracts are clean, properly tested, and clearly made with care. I've tried products from other brands in the past but always come back to Mycogenius.
