We stand behind the purity of our products—and your right to change your mind. If something doesn't feel right, we'll make it right. Here's everything you need to know about returns, refunds, and how to get support.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of delivery. No restocking fees. No complicated hoops. Just a simple promise:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

The return request must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

You'll need to provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation number or receipt).
2. What Can't Be Returned
We're committed to quality and safety, so there are a few cases where returns can't be accepted:

Products that have been opened or used.

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Goods marked as final sale (though we generally avoid this practice).

Any product that was custom-made or personalised.

3. Free Return Shipping (EU Only)
We offer free return shipping within the European Union. Once your return is approved, we'll email you a prepaid return label. For all other regions, return shipping is at the customer's expense.
4. How to Start a Return

We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with instructions and a return shipping label (if eligible).
5. Where to Send Returns
Approved returns should be shipped to:

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method if you're returning the package on your own. We can't issue a refund for items we don't receive.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Refunds cover the full product amount. Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return was due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, we recommend returning your original item and placing a new order.
8. Gifts & Store Credit
If your item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you:

You'll receive a store credit once the return is received.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift or was shipped to the original purchaser, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an item arrives damaged, expired, or does not meet your expectations, please notify us immediately at info@mycogenius.com. Include:

We'll resolve it quickly, whether that means sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
