What is the Daily Sync and what does it contain?

The Daily Sync is a dual-mushroom blend combining Lion's Mane fruiting body extract and Cordyceps CS-4 extract at a balanced ratio. Both mushrooms are individually extracted — Lion's Mane through hot water extraction from 100% fruiting bodies, and Cordyceps CS-4 through liquid fermentation with water extraction and alcohol purification.

How many Daily Sync capsules should I take per day?

We recommend four capsules daily — two Lion's Mane capsules (1,000mg) and two Cordyceps capsules (1,000mg), taken in the morning with water. Each pouch contains a full 30-day supply at the recommended serving.

How are the Daily Sync capsules different from the powder version?

Both formats contain the same third-party tested Lion's Mane and Cordyceps CS-4 extracts. The capsules offer convenience and precise dosing, ideal for travel or on-the-go use. Why stack two extracts?

No single extraction method captures the compounds Lion’s Mane is known for. Hericenones are alcohol-soluble, present in the mature fruiting body, and need ethanol extraction. Beta-glucans and polysaccharides are water-soluble and need hot-water extraction. Erinacines occur in the mycelium and in very young fruiting bodies; HeriCine™ takes them from young fruiting bodies.
